1. SMS Program — SaraDesk Transactional Messages

Program name: SaraDesk Transactional Messages.

Program description: SaraDesk sends transactional SMS to customers about their account. Messages include: Stripe checkout/billing links, calendar OAuth connection links, signup confirmations, booking confirmations sent by your AI receptionist Sara, day-before booking reminders sent to your prospects, maintenance ticket forwards from your tenants, and dashboard access links.

How customers opt in: By either (a) signing up at https://saradesk.com/signup and submitting their mobile number on our web form, or (b) calling our sales line and verbally providing their mobile number during the call. By providing your mobile number through either method, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from SaraDesk at that number.

Message frequency: Recurring messages. Approximately 5–50 messages per month per active account, depending on call and booking volume.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. SaraDesk does not charge for SMS, but your carrier may.

Carriers: SaraDesk SMS is delivered via Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SaraDesk SMS to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing or transactional SMS from us.

Privacy: Mobile information collected for SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Service Terms

SaraDesk provides AI voice receptionist software to property managers on a monthly subscription basis. By creating an account or initiating service through our sales line, you agree to these terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Your card is charged on the day you sign up and monthly thereafter at the tier you selected (Starter $799/mo for 1,500 minutes, Growth $1,999/mo for 4,000 minutes, Pro $3,999/mo for 8,000 minutes, or Enterprise $8,999/mo for 18,000 minutes, as of the date of signup). All tiers include the same feature set; tiers differ only in included call minutes.
• Pay-as-you-go subscriptions are charged $99/mo base plus $0.75/min for call minutes used, billed monthly in arrears for usage.
• Overage rates apply if you exceed your tier's included call minutes: $0.65/min (Starter), $0.55/min (Growth), $0.50/min (Pro), $0.45/min (Enterprise). Overage is billed on the following month's invoice.
• Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; no refunds for partial months.
• Prospective customers can experience Sara without signing up by calling our public demo line at (928) 970-5603. Demo calls are capped at 5 minutes each and are not billed to the caller.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SaraDesk only for legitimate property management business. You will not use the service to send spam, harass tenants, or engage in any illegal activity. You are responsible for the policies you configure for your AI receptionist; SaraDesk is a tool that executes your policies.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed calls or undelivered messages due to provider outages, carrier filtering, or other causes outside our reasonable control.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
