How to connect your Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendar
Sara supports Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) calendars via OAuth.
Steps
- Open the calendar connect link in your post-signup SMS, OR go to your dashboard and click Connect calendar
- Choose Microsoft / Outlook
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the calendar
- Approve the requested permissions (calendar read + write)
- You'll be redirected back to confirmation page
Things to know
- Personal Outlook.com and work Microsoft 365 accounts both work
- If your Microsoft 365 tenant has admin consent restrictions, your IT admin may need to approve SaraDesk first
- Sara writes to your default calendar — same as Google
Troubleshooting
- "AADSTS500011: The resource principal named ... was not found" — your tenant requires admin consent. Forward the email error to your IT admin.
- Bookings not appearing — Microsoft sometimes takes ~30 seconds to sync new events. Refresh after waiting.
