How the demo line works

The demo line at (928) 970-5603 is a public sandbox version of Sara that anyone can call to evaluate the product before signing up.

What it is

• A real, live Sara assistant set up with a fake property management company called "Lakeside Demo Properties"
• 3 fake properties she'll talk about
• 5-minute hard call cap (after 5 min the call ends automatically)
• Same voice, same response speed, same booking logic as real Sara

What's different from your customer Sara

• The properties are fake — bookings, tickets, and showings she "agrees to" don't actually create calendar events or notifications
• She'll explicitly say she's a demo if a caller asks "are you real?"
• The call ends at 5 min — your customer Sara has no time limit

Use it for sales

If you're a prospect: call (928) 970-5603 and try her like a real prospect would. Ask about a property, mention a fake maintenance issue, see how she handles edge cases. The point is to experience Sara before you decide to subscribe.

If you're a customer: feel free to send the demo line to prospects who want to "hear it" before committing.
