What to do if Sara missed a call

Sara's uptime is extremely high (>99.9%), but no system is perfect. Here's what to do if a call didn't get through.

Confirm the call actually reached Sara

Most common cause: forwarding got disabled

Carrier-side forwarding sometimes turns off after:

If forwarding is on but Sara didn't pick up

Email support@saradesk.com with the caller's phone number and approximate time. We can pull the Vapi call log and tell you exactly what happened.

Set up a missed-call alert

In your dashboard, enable the Missed-call / Sara failure alert notification. We text + email you the moment any call to Sara fails to complete, so you don't have to discover it from an angry tenant the next morning.
