How to read your billing
Stripe handles all SaraDesk billing. You can view invoices, update your card, and cancel any time.
Open the billing portal
- Open your dashboard
- Scroll to Billing
- Click Manage billing — this opens Stripe's secure portal in a new tab
What you'll see
- Current plan (Starter / Growth / Pro / Enterprise / Pay-as-you-go)
- Next invoice amount and date
- Payment method on file
- Past invoices (downloadable as PDFs for your records)
- Subscription status
Minutes and overages
- Each tier comes with a monthly minute allowance
- Overage minutes are billed on the following month's invoice (not in real time)
- Your dashboard shows current month's minute usage so you can see how close you are to the cap
Switching plans
- You can upgrade or downgrade tiers any time from the billing portal
- Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the cycle
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle (so you don't get stranded mid-month with a smaller minute cap)
Tax
If you're in a state that taxes SaaS (currently a handful: TX, WA, NY for certain configurations), tax is added at checkout per Stripe Tax rules.
