What Sara can and can't do
Plain-English breakdown of Sara's current capabilities and limits.
What Sara CAN do today
- Answer your business line 24/7 (uptime >99.9%)
- Greet callers as your business name
- Look up properties from your roster (by address, neighborhood, partial match)
- Quote rent, availability, square footage, and other documented details
- Book showings on your connected calendar
- Reschedule or cancel showings mid-call
- File maintenance tickets with property, unit, issue, urgency, callback number
- Triage emergencies (no heat in winter, flooding, gas leak, etc.) and dispatch per your policy
- Take messages for the property manager on out-of-scope topics
- Remember returning callers and reference past interactions
What Sara CAN'T do today
- Speak languages other than English (Spanish on the roadmap)
- Read your AppFolio / Buildium directly (CSV upload required today; integration coming)
- Make outbound calls (e.g. calling tenants who are late on rent) — inbound only for now
- Transfer calls live to you (she takes a message + texts you instead)
- Answer questions outside your documented playbook (she'll take a message)
- Negotiate rent, accept rent payments, or modify lease terms
- Make legal commitments on your behalf (security deposit disputes, eviction, ADA accommodation)
- Show up in person to a maintenance issue (she dispatches per your policy)
What's coming
- Multilingual support (Spanish first)
- Live AppFolio + Buildium integration (partner program review pending)
- Outbound calling (late-rent reminders, follow-ups, etc.)
- Per-property analytics dashboard
- Custom voice options
